Darien High School Boy's Fresh
The Darien High School Boy's Lacrosse Program offers a comprehensive team for members of the Freshmen class at DHS. The season begins with Preseason Training Camps from March 10 through March 21, 2025. This will be followed by the first official practice on March 22nd with practice and game schedules built to enhance the development of our athletes.

This program is for all members of the Freshmen class at DHS and has a no cut policy.

The season runs officially from March 22nd through the middle of June.
Where
Where are practices and games typically held?
Practices and home games are held at DHS on the Upper Oval Turf Field. Games will usually be on either the Upper or Center Oval Turf when home.
Practices
When are practices and how often are they?
Team practices run for 2:45pm to 5:30pm Monday- Friday on days when there is no game scheduled.
Games
How many games will they play? What days of the week?
Teams will play 20-30 games over the course of the season and will usually fall on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and some Saturdays.
Jerseys
Are jerseys provided or are they purchased separately?
All team members will be issued home and away game jerseys and shorts.
Extra Costs
As members of the boy's lacrosse Program there will be a fee to play and we will also expect players to help with our fundraising efforts to cover costs that are not covered within our team budget.
